WORK WITH ME

Meet Dr. Alissa Wolfe

I'm a chronic pain specialist who’s left the traditional outdated medical system to help you reclaim your life from pain by addressing the deeper cause, without endless therapies, medications, or feeling like you're chasing dead ends.

If you’re here, chances are you've tried it all—doctors, pills, physical therapy, injections, even the mind-over-matter methods—yet nothing seems to address your pain.

Our healthcare system is doing a terrible disservice to people with chronic pain. Slapping on a false mental health diagnosis is not care. Neither is blaming the pain on your weight. Or saying you’re not doing enough exercise.

And eventually, when you just don’t want more of the same procedures, pills, and PT, that only cover up the symptoms like a bandaid - you end up hearing “There’s nothing more we can do for you”.

The truth? The outdated healthcare system often misses the mark, and it’s leaving you to manage pain on your own. That’s not fair, and it’s certainly not your fault.

I decided I could no longer be part of a system that treated people with chronic pain as less-than citizens. I decided that something had to change.

Instead of attempting the same wrong treatments on the problem and saying “It’s all in your head” when they don’t work, we ought to be empowering people with practical knowledge and tools.

I believe in a different approach—one that gets to the heart of why your pain is so stubborn and ongoing. My focus isn’t on masking symptoms but on addressing the overactive pain pathways that keep you stuck in a cycle of pain.

"I was doing physical therapy, self stretching, medications, looking up videos, yoga. But you get to the point where you give up. Its very frustrating and you get very discouraged very quickly. With Alissa, I learned quite a lot and I've made a ton of progress. I'm actually doing amazing. Even until now I'm still seeing progress. I've gone from doing maybe two pushups before feeling pain but now I'm actually able to do 25 and I'm fine. I'm a little sore but I'm fine."
